January 22, 20233 yr Worked fine when I first got it, and I haven't used it much since the first couple of weeks but I thought I'd see what the updates did. But when I tried to update, it downloaded and got to the point where it was decompressing files, and then just hung there for hours. I tried uninstalling it completely and reinstalling, but it got stuck at the same point. Is this a known thing, or is something messed up on my end?
