Getting Sound From Networked Rc4 on FSX

Featured Replies

Just hoping someone can point me in the right direction here. I have RC4 networked on a second PC and using WideClient. I get the RC4 window in FSX. it shows all the commands etc in sequence and when I press the command keys they change but no voices. I have all the relevant folders "shared". Would appreciate any advice..probebly some simple aspect I've missed.... Thankyou in anticipation:-hmmm

Hi Don,You will need to connect the output of your client's audio card to either your headset or speakers (via a Y connector) or line in on the server's card. The audio (as far as I know) cannot be bridged via WIDEFS, it must be "hardwired". Hope that helps.Bob..

Thanks greatly Bob for your prompt advice..I'll proceed in that direction. Cheers Don S
