February 7, 20233 yr Hi, I am using version 2.8.8, which seems to be the latest. I am relatively new to this software. I watched some tutorials and I realized that my elevation profile looks different to the ones I watched, and I cannot find the way to change it. As you can see in the first image the flight plan shows a climb and decent paths, while in the second, the whole path is flat on the top. I'd like to have the former option. How do I do that? Thanks

This is normally on per default. Alex Alex' Projects: Little Navmap
February 7, 20233 yr Author Hi Alex, thank you for your response. That option is ticked in the software. Today I made another flight plan and this time the elevation profile was shown correctly. Can that have something to do with aircraft profiles? Do you need to have a proper profile for the flight plan to show the way I want it to?
February 7, 20233 yr Default profile mimics a Cessna and should show a profile. If you see red errors in the flight plan table footer: Hover the mouse above. It will tell you why the profile could not be calculated. Error messages which can be a reason why the profile is flat: https://www.littlenavmap.org/manuals/littlenavmap/release/2.8/en/FLIGHTPLAN.html#error-messages-footer Alex Alex' Projects: Little Navmap
February 7, 20233 yr Author Seems that the problem was with the correct cruise altitude settings. Thank you for your assistance
