Longitude Waypoint database missing?

Featured Replies

It could be a coincidence, but since SU12 I start up the Longitude and enter a flightplan. The airport departure and destination are entered successfully but when I click on procedures/approach there are none available, nor are there any VORs, NDBs, ILSs or intersections. If I attempt for example to create a GATWICK to GATWICK flight plan and on the procedure/arrivals page try to enter an enroute waypoint or approach the only option is Visual Approach to 26R or 26L. I tried entering SFD (Seaford) and MAY (Mayfield) and other waypoints but the only waypoints recognised are airports, not navaids. A message pops up saying "waypoint not found".

If I attempt a VFR flight then tune NAV1 to a known localiser, then choose NAV1 as the source I get a green arrow on the PFD but on the bottom line underneath it just says "ILS" but doesn't give the identifier. If I go into settings, the database option is blanked out.

In my content manager the G1000 nxi and G3000 are shown as installed but the G5000 is not shown. I had assumed the G3000/5000 were in the same package. Can anyone point me to what I am doing wrong? Thank you.
