First I want to say how cool map is, and I can't even imagine how much it took. In any, case I'm having a issue with "Global Directory" upload everything is uploads as directed, but when I click apply to install "all10" laterally apply button does not work. If you guys could chime in on this issue that would be great.

I'm afraid I don't understand. Do you have a problem extracting the Zip archive or selecting the extracted folder in LNM?

My apologies for the last question, talk about being hooked on phonics lol... Essentially the issue is when all the files are in place as they should be  - C:\Users\PC\Desktop\all10 - when I click the Apply button - nothing happens.

The apply button in LNM options? This is as expected.
You'll notice this in the elevation profile once a flight plan is loaded.

Do you see a message "Directory and files are valid" below the path input field?

 All is working just fine now, let's just say all it was a user error, and I'm going to save myself an embarrassment lol. I haven't tried the map with the sim just yet, but lets hope all works :-). Thank you so much for your help and a wonderful product, I have made a donation and I will do so from time to time.

I'm having a related problem with the All10 Globe maps.  I followed the instructions carefully, and using File Explorer, all the maps are present on my hard drive, but although Little NavMap can find the directory folder, it can't seem to find the actual maps.  It says "Directory is valid. No map themes found inside."  I've installed All10 before without a problem.  Any ideas?

I think you're confusing the GLOBE elevation data with map themes. These are two completely different things.

1. Map theme installation in options. These are for the background map like OpenStreetMap and others: https://www.littlenavmap.org/manuals/littlenavmap/release/latest/en/MAPTHEMES.html
2. Elevation data installation in options dialog. This is for the green ground or mountains in the elevation profile and other information: https://www.littlenavmap.org/manuals/littlenavmap/release/latest/en/OPTIONS.html#install-globe-elevation-data
