FS2020 shows marketplace unavailable and content manager does not show any deleted items, of which there are many

Login is correct with Xbox and sim loading ok except for the package dependency box I get each time , which I do not allow to make changes

+1. I cannot connect to multiplayer servers and marketplace is grayed out.

I solved it by activating online services in Data submenu in General Options. For some reason it was off.
