Is there anyone who can help me and tell me if it is possible to insert an ILS into a flightplan and how to do so.

I cannnot find it in the manual

You have to select an ILS approach procedure to see the ILS in the elevation profile and in the flight plan.

There is no way to add an ILS on its own as a waypoint to the flight plan (this does not make sense anyway IMO).
