Lighting changes?

Anyone else noticed if the lighting in XP has changed?  Since the beta was released I haven't used MSFS, because each time I loaded it I didn't like the lighting. However, I loaded it a couple of days ago and it looked pretty good.  Posters on the MSFS forum haven't noticed any changes to the lighting in MSFS, so I'm  wondering if the lighting changed in XP12?

I have not changed monitor settings to account why I'm perceiving the lighting in XP12 to have changed in relation to MSFS.
