Taking off from my home airport takes me over the ocean. I decided to try FSX from the Tower. It was fascinating but all the planes were taking off and landing from the direction of the ocean. In other words, the opposite directionAnyone have any idea why this should happen?

Prof,Which way is the wind blowing? You can control that. Changing the wind direction, even with velocity 0 should change the traffic direction. That's what I do if I don't like the default direction.Loyd.
