MCE does not start

Hello - 

I purchased and installed MCE today for MSFS. I went through the wizard. It does not start. Installed and uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times. At one time it got stuck for a while in a connecting to MSFS state, and then it apparently quit. There was a thread here with MCE getting stuck with TST folder given to copy over. Did that. It doesn't run. Uninstalled and installed again. I registered and moved the license key in the main folder. Ran as administrator as well with no different results. I am not sure what is left to try at this point but would appreciate any help here,
