For recharging the mouse can I plug it in to a 5V charging device?

 

it looks like a standard 5V charger doesn’t charge. My USB on my computer seems to work fine.

mouse technology has sure changed on the game hardware…

 

any ideas how to charge it?  Do I need the 20V charger
