Saving custom views and using modifier buttons

I need to save a view of a gauge to a joystick button. How is it done in P3Dv4?

I also need to use more buttons than I have in my joysick. How do I use modifier buttons? For example, button 2 calls up the GTN panel; but holding button 1 (a modifier button) and pressing button 2 will call up the weather radar. In other words, I've doubled the use of button #2.
