"popleft" in .ini file and "ident" values in panel.cfg file

I have both lines have the same values in both files (RealityXP.GNS.ini and panel.cfg files) and yet the 2-D panel on the VC won't pop-up when I left click the 530's screen in the virtual cockpit panel.   Any ideas on why the 2-D panel is not popping up? After editing the files, I closed and relaunched P3D v4.5 using the default F35 to initialize the sim.
