Problem after failed installation

After a failed MSFS installation on a different drive in that case E: drive I restarted the process by formatting the disk C and reinstalling Windows 10 ver 22H2. This time I install MSFS on the main disk C the problem is that on the E: drive I have 2 remaining directories named Program Files and WindowsApps. I have tried to remove those 2 directories without success. If I format the disk they are still there and if I want to delete I don't have permission. I am not sure but I think those 2 directories where installed by Xbox. My new installation works great and I don't want to take the risk of damaging things. Anyone who has an answer I will be glad to ear
