October 21, 20232 yr Apologies if this has been asked, but I have scoured the manual too and can't find the answer. I'm trying to get back to online VATSIM flying and I used to use Flightsim Commander for navigation assistance. You could connect it to the autopilot and it would fly the planned route. Does LNM offer this function? If not how do you use it - just as a planner and moving map and then import plan to the Flight Sim FMC? I have tried FStramp and it seems to do what I want but wondered if LNM did something similar
October 21, 20232 yr 1) AFAIK it's impossible to use LNM as "steering tool" for navigation in simulator. LNM was created and is implemented as planner, flight viewer, etc. 2) Everything is in fine LNM manual: https://www.littlenavmap.org/manuals/littlenavmap/release/2.8/en/ In short - you can create flight plan in LNM, export it to the required file format and then import it to the FMC in simulator. That's all and this is very easy 😛 3) If you don't like to dig in text/manual, there are some YT videos about LNM planning and using. Some example links: - -very nice series of Jonathan Becket about LNM - 4) There are more videos available to find on the Internet, I think "the uncle Google" will be your best friend here. I hope this help you 🙂 Regards, Piotr ps. remember above videos are based on older versions of LNM, in newest there are more interesting functions implemented, so I suggest to use original LNM manual. October 21, 20232 yr I'd really recommend to learn the aircraft autopilot, FMS/MCDU/GPS and use these instead of an external autopilot. It's much more satisfying to fly yourself, in my opinion. Alex Alex' Projects: Little Navmap
