November 17, 20232 yr Hi I've been doing some multiplayer stuff with my brother-in-law with the Marketplace-bought FlyingIrons ME-bf109s and Spitfires. We have been doing this in VR but the issue I have is the same in 2D In terms of what works fine: - both he and I flying the Spitfires together. Both aircraft render correctly, Mind-blowingly good - both he and I flying the bf109s. Both aircraft render correctly. Equally mind-blowingly good The problem we are having is when one of us chooses the Spitfire and the other chooses the bf109. Except for one time, when it all worked fine, the issue is: - my brother-in-law's view is showing both his and my aircraft model rendered correctly, whichever way round we try - However, my own view is showing my aircraft rendered OK, but my view of his aircraft is rendered as a default GA plane. This happens whether I am flying the Spitfire and he the ME109 or me ME109 and he the Spitifre. In that my b-i-l is seeing everything correctly, it's clearly my own set up or system that has an issue. We've tried all sorts of sequences - taking off at an airfield, starting a departure airborne, one at an airfield and one airborne. As I said earlier - if has worked once. The one time it did work, in hindsight, was that we had both been flying the 109's and both landed. My b-i-l stayed there on the runway in the bf109 and I went back to main menu, changed to the Spitfire and spawned back at the same airfield. This time, my view was correct - my aircraft was rendered as a Spitfire and his was still rendered as the 109. When we get chance to fly together again, we will try that slightly unusual sequence again. But in the meantime, any thoughts what might be wrong with my settings or setup? As I say, all of our versions are the same - all 4 aircraft are MSFS Marketplace-sourced. My system is more powerful than his, but there have never been any rendering issues before on either PC. Grateful for any suggestions.
