I have the webserver running.  I can see the FPL and map on the host computer.  But when i try and connect my phone to the web server through chrome everything shows up but the map.

Can you access the web server with a browser?
This view looks like a plugin or an app and not like the normal LNM web server page.

Did you modify the web pages in the LNM installation folder? I know some plugins require this.

No i have not changed anything.  I can run the browser on my computer just fine.  But when i connect with my phone over the wifi, i click the gear icon and for connected to sim it says no.  but on the pc it says yes.

I guess it also looks ok when using a browser (Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc.) on the phone.

What I see in your screenshot looks like an app I don't know.
