Marseille center Issue

Hello, 

just wanted to basically reiterate the bug that another user posted below happens to me also with BETA 7L..Marseille Center is bugged a f. I cannot change frequency, it doesnt recognize it and if i try to change I just get told to contact Marseille Center again.
