AIGAIM FP Installation

Hello, 

SInce I got back to P3Dv5.4, I cannot install and update flightplans properly. 

Here is an extract of my AIGAIM :

@OKCED6, do you have a login saved for AvSim Library? Different to the AvSim forum one. Mandatory so downloads can be executed.
