Bush trip notes in VR

I'm pretty new to MSFS and flight sims in general so apologies if terminology I use is wrong!  I'm using my Quest 3 via virtual desktop with a decent HOTAS.

I really want to do some VFR bush trips.  I decided to give one a go, admittedly before I've done the FS Academy course that I've bought (but not sure that's relevant to the topic).  In the "ready to fly" screen it shows a screen with the navigation notes for the trip.  However, once I start flying and enter VR that screen disappears.  I then don't seem to have any access to the information I need to navigate the trip.

What's the best way for me to be able to see the info in VR?  Happy with installing add-ons etc.  I would eventually like to get into planning my own trips, but also want to be able to see the notes for the built in trips.
