Seychelles airports missing in LNM

Featured Replies

Hello, i'm trying to create a flightplan from Madagascar to Seychelles, but the Seychelles international airport (ICAO:FSIA) is completely missing from LNM and so is the Praslin Island airport (FSPP).
Simbrief/Navigraph doesn't seem to have issues with planning FMMI to FSIA flight, SimToolkit also allows me to use the airport, so... what's up with that?
I just installed the latest LNM beta.
Is the airport closed IRL, is it some sort of temporary issue? Am i going to have to skip using LNM for this particular flight?
LittleNavMap v2.8.10 had the same issue.

Other than that, thanks for making an amazing app. I love LNM!

Both airports are visible in my LNM 3.0 and 2.8.12, X-Plane 11 here.  I suppose it's a question of your simulator.
Have you updated your scenery library (shortcut  <CTR><SHIFT><L>) under LNM?

Regards,
Piotr

Thanks for the tip! I definitely forgot about the scenery update, but now that i did it and restarted LNM, it didn't help... Yeah, i'm flying in MSFS lately. Thank you very much for the help, though!
I guess it's possible that the airport isn't covered in MSFS, but to skip an international airport when there are even various bush strips? Hmmm... This is odd...
Later i'm gonna try to load FSIA in MSFS, and check it out, will report back afterwards.

There were some errors after the update, but those said that it can't open certain 5 encrypted addon airports. But none of them were the ones in question.

Well, problem solved. Asobo/Microsoft don't consider Seychelles destination worth visiting i guess..
@ppgas Thank you for your help. I guess that either i'm gonna have to fly this leg in X-Plane or try to find an addon airport for MSFS.

I'm gonna delete this topic after a while. IT'S NOT LITTLENAVMAP ISSUE AT ALL!!!

I can see all three airports in LNM in the MSFS scenery library using the Navigraph update.

Using stock data I see only FMMI. Even looking for "Seychelles" does not show anything. 🙄

Do not delete the topic since others might run into this issue too. Looks like Asobo does not care about this region. A bit strange to omit an important international airport. It's in XP11, XP12 and even in FSX.

I've digged Internet and found something interesting 🙂
Look at these free Seychelles airports for FS2020 and enjoy your flights: https://flightsim.to/file/895/seychelles-airports

Ok, thanks for your reply. Yeah, Microsoft doesn't cover these islands at all. It's really weird, i even found a request to add them on their forums, posts all the way back to 2020!
I already tried it in MSFS and the airports just aren't there at all.
I found the airports as addons, though. I managed to download free FSPP. There's also a bush strips pack for free, and FSIA is payware for 12.50$.
Ok, i'm leaving this here. Thanks again to everyone who helped point me in the right direction, thanks for LittleNavMap!

@ppgas  Oh wow. I was just there, but somehow completely missed THIS particular pack. Amazing job, thanks!!!
