Seemed to work fine for me (I just ran OnAir 2 mins ago and it updated to the latest version without issue).

Have you tried clicking the "Change my app recommendation settings" link in that dialog to see if you can accept the OnAir app?

I have no idea then. You might get a more useful answer on the OnAir Discord. Beyond that , I'm out of suggestions.
