January 22, 20242 yr For the last 24 hours I've tried repeatedly unsuccessfully to make a purchase. This is a disturbing product. (1) there is no contact available if you have any issue. (2) it took me hours to figure out how to download their installer and then more hours in order to get "the coupon" (3) then you have to sign up, it will NOT accept any password combination I provide. (4) It seemed to take over my computer, insisting that I log into Windows 10 in my computer and then had to use the MSN hotmail. and even then, i still cannot get to make a purchase. Did the developers ever attempt to make a purcahse on their own site? Thanks to Reality-xp for wasting so much of our time and creating a purchase nightmare.
