First of all, I want to say thank you to the developers, this is a great software.

now my question, I would like to use LNM as a moving map display.  I’ve found that f11 works to get rid of extra stuff on screen.   Are there any other setting I should adjust?

 

I want to get rid of all menus, make map text a little bigger , show my aircraft in the center

Not really. F11 gets rid of all the additional information, search and plan windows. You can also right-click on the toolbar (if visible) to hide it. LNM remembers the window layout for full-screen and normal mode separately. Adjust both as needed (https://www.littlenavmap.org/manuals/littlenavmap/release/latest/en/INTRO.html).

Adjust the overall application font and sizes for certain tables and information fields in options on page "Display and Text".
The main menu cannot be hidden to avoid a user lockout.

The map font can be changed on options page "Map Display" and the symbol and text sizes for map features on all pages starting with "Map ...".
Plenty of stuff to change sizes.🙂

In menu "Map" -> "Map follows user aircraft" (or similar, depends on version, 2.8.X or 3.0.X.beta).
There are options to customize this on page "Simulator Aircraft".  But better read about there here (https://www.littlenavmap.org/manuals/littlenavmap/release/latest/en/OPTIONS.html#aircraft-centering-options) since it can be confusing at times.
