P3dv5 help with cockpit instruments

Hi all,

Im civilian staff at an air cadet sqn, we have two simulators, full fighter jet cockpits with three projectors for each forming the external view. They also have screen in the cockpit for instruments, arranged behind three mfd's which have functioning buttons.

We used to run fsx and the f18 super bug, undocking the mfd instruments and placing them behind the displays on the screen.

I've just finished upgrading the pc's and installing p3d v5 as an upgrade.

Would anyone be able to suggest suitable aircraft to use, which have mfd's or other glass instruments ( presumably 2d?) Which cam be undocked in the same way?

Ideally we would want a prop trainer like a grin tutor , something like the new Texan turboprop trainer and a jet like a hawk or typhoon....

Any help appreciated!!!
