Having discovered there are many wrong Transition Altitude entries in the m4.csv I have uploaded a new version. You can download from the Miscellaneous Files section in the AvSim LIbrary.

Filename is Radar Contact v4.3 updated Transition Altitude file. Please refer to the included readme for installation instructions.
