Landing Light Problem

It would seem that I have installed an aircraft or scenery which is causing the landing lights to appear as white squares, and approach lights to appear as red squares. (Any aircraft or any Airport) I've reloaded the Service Pack and disabled Ultimate Terrain but the problem remains. Does anyone have any ideas aside from starting over with a fresh install?

Does>anyone have any ideas aside from starting over with a fresh>install?This is a classic symptom of a missing or corrupted "texture" file for the light effects.I suggest you make this temporary addition to your fsx.CFGfile to identify the missing or corrupt file. Then go aboutreplacing it. An FSX "repair" might work.In the "Scenery" section, add:MissingLibraryAlert=1ShowMissingTextureAlert=1 Set the values to "0" once you find your problem. Paul

Thanks Paul, problem solved. The missing texture file was halo.bmp
