help with my account

I'm having real trouble with this account. I don't log out, but after a while it logs itself out , and it never uses the same password I have I before.

So.. every time I try to log in with the password I created before, it says it's the wrong password and keeps me out. The only way to get back in is to change the password, so it's secured.

Can you help, please?

I took the shell off my racing snail, thinking it would make him run faster. If anything, that made him more sluggish.

I have my computer set to always remember my login for certain sites.  I have experienced what you describe on
other sites like the DMV, Xfinity, PG&E and so forth where If I don't log on and use the site, it will make me redo my
password because I have been logged out automatically.

I'm not sure if our site will react in the same way.
