I guess you probably updated the XP11 but didn't update LittleNavmap  simulator database.
You have to reload library scenery, it's described in point 51.3 of LNM manual, here: https://www.littlenavmap.org/manuals/littlenavmap/release/2.8/en/SCENERY.html

I hope it helps you 🙂

Regards,
Piotr

ps. general info about LNM navigation databases is available here: https://www.littlenavmap.org/manuals/littlenavmap/release/2.8/en/NAVDATA.html

Never give up ...  - here are details of the whip-round: https://zrzutka.pl/en/pewr2d  -> to help my younger son fights against Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (blood cancer).

I had a similar problem when I updated to AIRAC 2403 last week, although I definitely downloaded the LNM update and ran the database reload.
When I investigated further I found that although Navigraph FMS Data Manager showed that I was on 2403 rev 1, the database itself hadn't actually been downloaded.
(You need to check the files cycle_info.txt and little_navmap_navigraph.sqlite in your little_navmap_db folder). I re-ran the download and that time everything worked.

Hope this helps,
Martin
