Need help editing or making exterior strobe and beacon light

Hey guys I have a question am I able to edit beacon and strobes on different aircraft I’m trying to make them led strobes and beacons for certain planes is there anyway of doing that if so what program do i need. If anyone knows or can help me please let me know thanks from westjet 759

It would be quite complex to do.  You'd need to model the new LED lights in something like Blender, then find a way to 'attach' them to existing models.   I'd say it's pretty 'developer-like' as a task.    But maybe you have those skills.. in which case, good luck 👍
