P3Dv5 Causing Internet Loss

This is a bizarre issue that just cropped up in the past couple weeks.

Whenever I run P3Dv5, even just the UI without actually starting a flight, I lose internet connectivity.  I have reproduced this several times and I am certain that P3D is the culprit.

I tried disabling all my Bitdfender protections, including the firewall, but the problem remains.

I wonder if the latest Windows 11 update on April 10th may have changed something?

Antone else ever experience this, and if so, were you able to resolve the problem?
