Unable to fly Bell 206

Featured Replies

Good day aviators!

I do have a small problem with my old trusty FSX Accelerator. Some time ago I downloaded and installed a freeware choppers namely MIL Mi-6 and Mi-26. Both installed correctly and do work fine. Some time after this I wanted to fly with my payware UH-1. I selected free flight and made necessary setting. The preview screen showed chopper correctly. After selecting fly now, downloading process reached 100 %, then screen stayed black, only blue circle was turning. Nothing else happened. Eventually I had to stop system by using CTRL+ALT+DEL.

I did test free flight and missions with BELL 206 and Robinson 22.Both choppers are out. Same problem than UH-1 has. At this moment I do have three unusable choppers in my hangar.

I have tried all possible tricks, with no avail. Repair disk used also DISM & SFC. Choppers removed and installed again. Every other plane works fine. The logs tells basically nothing.

I can fly missions etc. with MI-6. Only difference compared to B206 is that it's slightly bigger and has 4 additional people giving you some constructive criticism about your flying skills.

So, I'd like to ask from you; any ideas what might cause this problem and how to fix it.

Many thanks in advance and Happy Landings!
