Warning some language for the sensitive.  Badly degraded i9's but setting for possible fixes.

 

I saw an update on this by GamerNexus this morning and according to that clip, the 13th and 14th generation of Intel CPU's suffer from manufacturing issues. It causes oxidation within the CPU and if your CPU is part of a bad batch, no patch or bios setting is going to solve the issue. If a patch comes out it will just make the CPU a bit slower to improve stability so you won't get the performance out of the chip you were led to believe.
