Has anyone got any experience with the UNS-1 from Flight Deck Software? Would like to add it to the Flysimware Lear 35 in P3d.

You can try the demo that works around KICT providing you have FSUIPC.

I tried the Demo today. Lots of features missing, but hoping it was because it was a demo. Not sure how I would even be able to get it working with the Lear. It is quite expensive, so I won't get it unless I'm 100% sure it's worth it.  I have the flysimware FMS expansion pack, unfortunatly there are quite a few things that don't work or don't replicate the real thing.

I fly the Lear 35 in real life with a UNS-1. Would like something as realistic as the real thing. 

Their FAQ is very sparse. I’d want to know if it is compatible with the default autopilot in P3D. If your Lear 35 is that’s good.

You could plan a short flight from and to KICT and check if all waypoints are flown over. I would expect it to be fully functional in the demo for a restricted area otherwise you’re not given a chance to fully evaluate it.
