MSFS2024 DLSS version

Featured Replies

While I'm waiting for the sim to start, I checked the DLSS versions that come with the sim:

GPU-Z scans for all DLSS .dll files on my system. These are located in the \Content folders for both sims. I've updated MSFS2020 to the latest versions. Interestingly, the "regular" .dll file for MSFS2024 is 2.4.12. That dates back to August 2022. It's a bit puzzling why Asobo chose not to include the latest version, which came with the latest Nvidia driver on November 13th. Anyway, it's easy to update.

Interestingly, there's also a "DLSS 3.5 Ray Reconstruction DLL" available at https://www.techpowerup.com/download/nvidia-dlss-3-ray-reconstruction-dll/. That file is called nvngx_dlssd_3.7.10 - but not present in the \Content folder. Hence, not needed for MSFS2024.
