Texture malfunction when changing views

Twice now when changing views I believe from outside to VC, the VC and/or Virtual Cabin bitmaps appeared in the cockpit windows. I switched to 2D panel and could see out front windows, but, if i look left or right the bitmaps appear there too. Then I switch to spot plane view and all lights have the black squares around them and portions of the sky are blank, water is a flat solid silver/grey color with no surface detail. Running SP2 with no add-ons. Anybody come across this? Any input would be greatly appreciated. I was flying the default Grumann Goose at the time this occured and flying at night.This is a great community for a great hobby.
