My sad experience with MSFS 2024

So I never made it to the main menu, if I press finish setup nothing happens.

I reinstalled many times, unplugged my hardware even tried with a VPN.

Whenever contacting support, I just get a AI bot there is not a real human involved.

Also my nephew who has a XBOX console bought the software and can not use MSFS 2024.

What more to say.................................

We are in The Netherlands, I hope something will be fixed soon..............
