How to display window with higher setting than #9?

I have installed a radar gauge from a new 747 that I downloaded into several other planes.It works fine if the window for it is no higher than 9.If I have to give it a higher number the only way I can display it is thru menu bar where it is listed last under instrument panel.Is there a way to assign a key to cycle thru windows backward and forward?I tried view next window etc and it did not work.Thanks,Ron
