MSFS 2024 Cannot Find VR Headset

The Metaquest app has no problem finding my Quest 2 VR headset,  and have enjoyed many VR videos on YouTube. Yet MSFS 2024 cannot find it. I've searched all over the net for this problem but have found very few suggestions that don't work for me. Any ideas?

Yes, I start Meta Qwest Link and confirm that it has found the headset, then I start MSFS 2024.
