Saving Global Rendering Quality pre-sets

There are so many different items in Global Rendering Quality menu. I want to have two sets at least - VFR and IFR. Because change a lot of settings almost each time it's a real pita.

I can't find other way than save copies of UserCfg.opt file with necessary sets under different names and change the name back to UserCfg.opt before MSFS 2024 starts.

Is there a more elegant way?
