Interaction with AI planes

Hello,

After quite some hours testing, I think the interaction with the AI planes is not ok, I had planes on the runway and still I got clearance for take off, also on approach it is minimal or no guidance, In the air the separation alert works. I use Traffic Global, the planes are visible in Pilot3ATC, I hope you can fine tune this.
