Runway lighting fix.. for some ??

I don't know if this has been posted before but I have established that the FTX Lights Tweaker tool appears to me to effect ALL runway lights in FSX. Pleae test yourself and tell me if I am seeing things right !I used the tool to tweak down the lights andset them on Halo Style "Poole" setting 9. Flew from Kingsford Smith Sydney and the lights were (for me ) clear and precise with no huge balloon glow etc.I then went to Boulder Colorado and the same there.If others agree with my findings then maybe we with FTX have cured the ugly lights feature.regardsjc
