It causes the P-51 engin to fail if you run it too hard.

I'm not familiar with this I am sorry to say, but wanted to mention that if this sort of thing interests you, FSFlyingSchool will make your aircraft fall to pieces, effectively, if you turn up the random failures simulation slider! And flaps and gear will both be damaged by abuse. Just when you were looking forward to a nice relaxing hour with the sim, Murphy's Law kicks in - big time!
