Today I flew KLAX OSHN1.MISSEN MISSEN.RNDRZ3 KLAS and received strange instructions from P2A v3.

I was cruising at FL290 AND didn’t get STAR assigned until I was already overflying MISSEN, and the instructions were to start descending at Reid airport (KLAS) to cross MISSEN at FL240.
