2020 Disappearing multiplayer aircraft

Just lately when flying alongside others in multiplayer I am finding they disappear completely when I get some nominal distance away, maybe at 1/2 a mile to a mile give or take so still within normal visible range

This seems to be happening quite regularly now.

I'm not talking about the aircraft disappearing when you get very close I have this switched off anyway, rather when they get further away.

If I turn nameplates on I can see the label displayed but not the aircraft

Anyone else getting this?, its spoiling group flights for me.
