Hello,

I bought this product months ago, I hadn't had any problem until today, after taking a break from the simulator, I came back but I get this message on the garmin "INVALID LICENSE CONTACT VENDOR." I don't remember doing any chances other than updating xplane 12 to the last version.

I've owned every version of flight simulator since Flight Simulator 3.0 in 1988.

Who is the vender then? I bought it from the official RXP website, and the support page redirects me here.

Respond to the email you received when you purchased it? I looked at their website, and it just takes you round and round in circles looking for a direct contact method. That's terrible support and I personally would not deal with such a company in the future.

The only solution I found is that I copied a version of the GTN plugin from a backup location back to the plugin directory. So still using the x-plane 11 version of 2022 in x-plane 12. Seems to work well. I update the Garmin stuff separately.

RXP support is dead anyhow. So no chance to get it really solved.
