Help with a strange issue - Axisand OHs I believe..

Hello All. 

Using the software listed below, with aq generic Autopilot profile in use, I cannot get the LCD panel on the Streamdeck Plus I use to work at all, the LCD panel is BLANK on mine, but the other Autopilot buttons etc are there… The rotary knobs have nothing to control… The same Streamdeck Plus using the same plugins and profiles listed below WORKS FINE on another PC!

here’s what I’m using, I think I must be missing something with Lorbys A&O:

Driving me crazy, works fine on one PC but NOT on another!! I have changed USB ports, used a powered USB hub, added removed software and plugins etc…

ANY HELP OR GUIDANCE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
