I very rarely fly at night and I like to avoid shadows on my panel when I start a flight on a runway.

So how do I set the sim so that it will always start at 9 am local time regardless of the aircraft I select to fly?

When you start your flight you set the time to 9am... 

I think the sim starts with the real time so you will have to change it with the slider unless there is a 3rd party tool which there probably is...
