AVIA 737 OVERHEAD Backlight Dim w/ MobiFlight

I use the AVIA 737 Overhead and it works great. I can dim the backlighting via right clicking on the knob, but I am trying to associate it with a knob on my Honeycomb Bravo Throttle. I have successfully linked the APU and outside lights via Mobiflight but cannot get the overhead backlighting to work. I have Mobiflight programed and the lighting works on the MSFS 2020 sim screen, but not on the AVIA Overhead screen. Has anyone been able to accomplish this? If so, how?
