Milviz BEll UH1 help with cyclic issue

Hi all 

Just moved my fsx se to a new windows 11 PC and want to fly the UH1 redux. I have version Milviz UH1 C H v1.190723 but the cyclic controls are not moving in the full forward, back, left, right position the cyclic just seem to shudder when I move my joystick The collective and pedals work just fine. 

I downloaded version  Milviz UH1H v2.210719 but there is no install for FSX only P3d but the download says P3D V3 V4 V5 | FSX | TACPACK 

any ideas on how to fix would be much appreciated
